North Fork Catering is composed of two chefs, Clayton and Elisha, who are both partners in life and in business. The couple decided to start this journey to pull away from the hustle and constraints of working in the hotels of Las Vegas. Originally, the duo had planned to establish themselves in the Zion area of Utah, where they have a family cabin off North Fork Road (hence “North Fork Catering”). While planning and establishing the brand, demand began to build in Las Vegas for their services and the pair decided to pivot their plan with the intention to offer services in Utah in 2024. With more than 40 years of combined experience, Elisha and Clay have a unique and strong passion for not only making delicious food but also bringing an entire event to life with presentation, hospitality and the wonderful relationships they've established with vendors that can take it the extra mile. Elisha has a background focused more on fine dining, having worked at Comme Ca, Gordon Ramsay Steak and Wynn Las Vegas. Clayton has been working in banquets and catering for almost 20 years up and down the Las Vegas strip.
